Pros

Great Teachers to work with, very dedicated to helping the children and parents.

Cons

Low pay, lots of usless paper work. No feed back on job performance. Strict rules, now warnings, unemployment only during the summers off. Unbelievable hours of trianing during the summer. Only required to have 20 hours and end up with hundreds. Unfair, some employees allowed of to go to classes, others are not.

Listen to your employees.

no raises unless cost of leaving goes up, work over 40 hrs almost ever week but company will not allow you to record the time. So, work 10 years at the same pay when you started

education and experience should play a role in advancement but with no pay raises there is little room for opportunity
