“Very unfair place to work”
I have been working at Central Texas Opportunities
Pros – Great Teachers to work with, very dedicated to helping the children and parents.
Cons – Low pay, lots of usless paper work. No feed back on job performance. Strict rules, now warnings, unemployment only during the summers off. Unbelievable hours of trianing during the summer. Only required to have 20 hours and end up with hundreds. Unfair, some employees allowed of to go to classes, others are not.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

“Pros and Cons of job”
I have been working at Central Texas Opportunities
Pros – holidays off, summer off, some health ins,
Cons – no raises unless cost of leaving goes up, work over 40 hrs almost ever week but company will not allow you to record the time. So, work 10 years at the same pay when you started
Advice to Senior Management – education and experience should play a role in advancement but with no pay raises there is little room for opportunity
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
