    I worked at Centrica full-time

    Pros

Great people, flexible working in most teams, good personal development courses

    Cons

Lots of clique's - you have to be in an inner circle to get any form of career here, office politics is dreadful and managers are out to save their own backsides, too many micromanagers, managers let people who do nothing get away with it

    Advice to Management

Kick out micromanagers and promote others outside of inner circles

    Pros

Good salary and benefits. Strong financial position and stable. High number of geographic locations and options for mobility
