I have been working at Century 21 part-time

    Pros

Eh, it's a paycheck. Plus at least my coworkers and a few managers are tolerable.

    Cons

Century 21 overworks us and underpays us. Every single department is understaffed and quite honestly morale is in the toilet. With all the complaints about performance one would think that they might hire more people, but common sense was not gifted to HR. Century 21 wants to tout itself as a great place to work but that is a lie.

    Advice to Management

Hire people, stop overworking us, and actually pay us more than 10 cents above minimum wage!

    Pros

If you're working at one of the complexes your day will go by fast. Coworkers were very friendly. Quite easy to get certain days off.

    Cons

New employees need a more thorough training. Don't just train them to work at the register complexes when they will later on be working in a different department after the initial training. Pay should be higher for actual work that we did. It wasn't worth minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Don't just train employees for through complexes and through them into a completely different area where they get little to no training and are thrown into the wild to service customers. Higher pay.

Great place to work. Good environment for realtors starting out in the industry. Awesome support.

    Cons

A little too much focus on fun. Fun isn't a bad thing but you can have to much of it in a workplace

    Pros

Great place to work. Great atmosphere and great agents, the agents and broker are always ready and able to help you with anything.

    Cons

Well it is 100% commission based job, it takes time to build your business and make a wage that you can live on. You have a lot of time and money to get advertise you are an agent. There is a financial commitment to being an agent so keep that in mind before you quit your job and become a full-time agent.

    Advice to Management

Management is great and very helpful
