Next to worst position that I have had.

Human Resources Specialist (Former Employee) Frisco, TX

ProsIf you are in sales and a top performer, you could earn top pay. If you are well liked you could earn top pay and receive bonuses.

ConsVery clickish. You are expected to work 9, 10, 11 hours a day in most positions. No extra pay. Most things are set up to benefit management and a few key favored personnel. Some people get to work from home, but not everyone. Not a great environment for African-Americans.

Advice to Senior ManagementReplace many of your core executive directors.

Boiler Room and that's the way the Boss wants it.

Inside Sales (Former Employee) Frisco, TX

ProsThe sales group works with warm leads which is great in this industry. They have built partnerships with several organizations that make getting sales a bit easier.

ConsCommission can be taken back and you have no control. They expect you to come in early and leave late and call you out if you can't due to family obligations. The Owner a complete control freak. The training is the worst in the industry. Sink or swim model.

Advice to Senior ManagementLeave the sales people to do what they need to do. And Let them walk around the pond it they want to.

    Former Employee

Human Resources (Former Employee) Frisco, TX

ProsIf you know someone, its easier to get hired there. If you worked at Chase paymentech previously, with the majority of the Senior leadership (who are former Chase employees) you have a great chance of getting hired. Sales personnel, Executive management and top performers are often paid very well.

ConsIf you are not in sales or a part of senior management, you really don't matter. Very clickish environment. Sales compensation plans are constantly manipulated to increase management bonuses. Company turnover rate has to be 90+ percent. Upper management has a screw the employee mentality. Overall, they also tend to screw their business partners as well.

Advice to Senior ManagementBring in some outside personnel to change company environment because the current staff will only bring more of the same.

    Not as promised

Senior Account Executive (Current Employee) Frisco, TX

ProsOpportunity and unique blend of services IE white label programs

ConsDid not provided the training as promised and constantly changing compensation and goals. IE employment agreement and real expectations entirely different

Advice to Senior ManagementQuit changing the arena and follow through as promised You have the talented managers make sure they do as promised

    Very Disappointed

Senior Account Executive (Former Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsThere are full health benefits available to the employee at a reasonable cost. The pay can be exceptional, but it depends on how you apply yourself and your perseverance. There are opportunities in sales to earn a monthly bonus, an annual bonus and a company paid trip with other top performers where no expense is spared. The CEO cares and takes care of his employees. The CEO is very approachable, extremely knowledgable and has the ability to inspire others to become rainmakers.

ConsThe formal training was superficial at best. Personal managers during employment were very unethical, often untruthful and thrived on trivial gossip. There was not an exit interview conducted by Human Resources upon resignation.

Advice to Senior ManagementFriendship spawned through business is fine. Having a position stemming from personal friendship doesn't always foster honesty. Try digging deeper for answers and possibly think of breaking up the cliques where honesty isn't part of their core values.

    Merchant Services Frat

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Frisco, TX

    ProsRelaxed environment
    Company has great potential

ConsIf you are not in the "club" of the senior management, you won't be there long. They will make sure of it.
Strange upper management hires for such a small company

Advice to Senior ManagementStop hiring chefs when what you need are cooks.

    Terrible Company to Work For

    Account Executive (Current Employee)

ProsPay is decent - but is commission only - no base pay for anyone in sales.

ConsTerrible management (upper management - Frisco office). Turnover is ridiculous - probably around 80%. Do your research before you waste any time working for these people. Can't state it enough - awful, awful, horrible to employees!

Advice to Senior ManagementWhy bother? Ydon't listen anyway. Karma will have its turn.

    Extremely Dissatisfied

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThere are health benefits available and there is some opportunity to make some an average income.

ConsThere is no training at all for new hires. The environment is mostly negative. The pressure from management does not match the pay at all. There are practices that are extremely unethical. They tend to only favor a group of people and treat those who do have talent like dirt since they are not part of the group. The place has a very high turn over and has the feel of a sweat shop mentality. Employees are told lies by management in hopes of motivating them to stay with the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop being so arrogant , rude and dishonest to employees as well as clients. Take a class in management . Stop harassing and trying to intimidate employees. Consider being professional.

Lack of balance and respect for contributors

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsIt's easy to get hired there. They pay fine and have decent benefits.

ConsManagement has poor leadership skills. They allow the lazy and incompetent to remain while they burn through talent like a church on fire. They say that they want to improve the culture but discourage any type of solidarity. The place is a revolving door with a lack of ethical character.

Advice to Senior ManagementRestore the prior enjoyable culture, respect your employees contributions, and allow them at least a semblance of balance.

Employees treated like cattle in line for slaughter

    Office Staff (Current Employee)

    ProsCasual atmosphere and Decent pay

Company will run great incentive programs for sales and office staff through out the year.

ConsThe career lifespan in this company is that of a fruit fly. Very few people ever make it past the two year marker, unless you are upper management or part of the "frat pack". Company constantly comments on family to work balance, but in the same breath talks about how they expect the sales force to be at 200% of quota or more. I feel especially sorry for them. No job security here - not a place you can retire with.

Only true benefit is health care coverage which is subpar. No 401k, no employee match.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou need to show more value in your employees. Praising one day and then threatening jobs the next is no way to motivate. Agree with first poster, too many chefs not enough cooks.
