    I worked at CenturyLink

    Pros

Benefits are ok. Good to have a job in a bad economy

    Cons

    Micromanagement
Managers that were promoted for who they know and have never even been in outside sales
    Lack of vision of company
    Dysfunctional and slow

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I understand mergers are rough. The company is struggling bad. You should listen to your salespeople on the street as a lot of your are totally disconnected and believe more micromanagement is the key to turning the ship.
