Constantly changing job requirements; employees not valued; management has no idea what front line employees face.

Customer Sales and Service Agent (Current Employee) North Logan, UT

ProsGood benefits in union areas; but they lay off union employees.

ConsYou can rise up the ladder, but they layoff and fire supervisors quite often. If you value job security, stay away.

Advice to Senior ManagementAt least ACT like you care about employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Not too bad, but not a career

Sales Consultant (Former Employee) Logan, UT

ProsCompensation is ok for the valley. You have your own work space. The break schedule is usually good. Co-workers were nice and there wasn't a lot of gossip

ConsThe tiniest infraction can cost you your job. The union is worthless. They don't actually care about employees welfare (despite the claims). The policies shift often. Lots of pressure to hit goals and little feedback on how to do it.
