Pros

Simple product to sell, staff is very friendly. Management is fair, and honest with their feedback

Cons

Compensation is weak. Although the people are great, it is not always the most talented sales staff. Motivation can be lacking at times. To much micro managing on call stats and not enough emphasis on pipline generating activities.

Advice to Senior Management

Be even more open with the the communication with the staff, and make decisions that show you are taking their suggestions into consideration. Conduct more sales competitions to increase motivation levels. Lay off the call stats, and focus more on the pipline.
