Pros
Highly effective organization that cultivates and promotes leaders. Pay was very good and they are very cutting edge with on site facilities, medical insurance cost controls, and proactive health management.
Cons
The 'unwritten' minimum overtime rule of 20% is a fact and looked at when raises and promotions are passed around. If you cannot afford 50-60 hours a week forget about it. Also, the corporate culture is unique and well ingrained. If you are not part of crowd it becomes very difficult to advance.
Advice to Senior Management
The CEO, Neil Patterson, is a wizard and seems to be able to adapt to the times and make the company grow. I am not going to 2nd guess success.
