Pros
Some very bright and talented people.
Cons
A lot of poor, incompetent folks driving the business and making the decisions. Neal actuallystated at a national sales meeting that he had no advice on how to strongly close the century out while growing the future. Usually these talks by him are required viewing...suspiciously, this one never aired!
Advice to Senior Management
Learn business acumen and recognize what drives success. Competent and reliable support, and software that doesn't exclude your biggest ambulatory clients by being ASP only...
