    Fun workplace, great coworkers and staff given ability to have a say in their job.

    Long hours, but they allow flex time

    Flexible time off, fun environment, allows you to be active in community, meet lots of new people, opportunity to create new programs

    Cons

    Lots of nights and weekends, poor performing employees not held accountable, leadership doesn't always value employees the way they should

    Advice to Management

    Need to show more respect for the good, hardworking employees you have and hold the ones who are poor performers accountable. Need to do a better job listening to your employees concerns and creating a healthy, motivating, work environment for them.
