Good place to work, provided you are in the right department

Senior Associate (Current Employee) Singapore (Singapore)

ProsWork life balance is acceptable, with the occasional OT during peak periods.
Overall company culture is good, with everyone aiming to produce high standard of work
Organization is highly focused on developing its people
Senior management is focused on sustainable results, which is good in the long run.

ConsWork life balance can be very bad in some departments
Career progression can be slow at times
Be prepared to be thrown into the deep sea as there is no proper structure for a new hire to learn about the industry/role which he/she is assigned to do.

Advice to Senior ManagementGood job on the broad level of managing the company, but improvements can be made as to how the middle management plans the training of new hire that is specific for the department.
