I worked at Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority

    Pros

The staff and management are all very supportive. With so many operational areas there are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow from many different people.

    Cons

The staff is spread out, which can make it difficult for everyone to interact on a regular basis. That is just the nature of the business though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The all hands meetings are great. It is a good way to reinforce the goals of the company and understand what is happening at all of the facilities.
