    OK Overall

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe work environment was stable, for the most part. They did offer a tuition reimbursement plan, not sure if thats still in effect.

ConsUpper management had fairly high turnover in the time I was there, did not make everyone else feel comfortable that the company was captained with competency. Raises were not consistent and very small, often 1% or less.

Great people, good place to work

Construction Manager (Former Employee) Philadelphia, PA

ProsThe facilities and construction department was organized and efficient, my co workers were great, real team environment. We did over 80 stores and projects in the calender year.

ConsSelling the company and moving to another state was a huge disruption. It broke up the team and diluted the trust in the word of management. Just when things were running smoothly it all ended too soon.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't change any of the procedures
