    Benefits, commission, free cable - internet and phone, on-going training

    Cons

    too much management at every level - constantly changing the commission structure - when reps start to make too much and become successful, they cut the commissions. Managers also play favorites - very inconsistent between the branches - rules are constantly changing - day-to-day, with little consistency.

    Advice to Management

    cut out the 8 mid-level managers between you and the folks that deal with the public. Cut out the bologna rules -
