    Great experience and learning opportunities. Fun, fast-paced, and exciting.

    Cons

    Horrible management team, micromanaging is unfortunately a common place. No reporting works, don't Rock the boat!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees before they voluntarily resign for being unheard. I personally reported issues to through the EEO site and spoke with multiple higher ranks and nothing was done of the discrimination, harassment, and favoritism displayed in multiple offices under the same management team.

    1 week vacation after 6 months then accrue another week in first year, good benefit package, decent pay

    Cons

    Management has no clue of how to maximize technician productivity and create policy after policy to make day to day work nearly impossible and sets everyone up for failure. Very hard to promote up

    Pay attention to ideas and suggestions for employees who perform the work every day, take care of your employees especially those who have shown a dedication to the company.

    Pros

    The local management are really good to work with. They are very understandable when it comes to family emergencies. They provide a company vehicle to work from and they pay for the gas. Also, they provide their employees with the necessary tool and equipment. In addition, they provide their employees with free cable tv, internet, and home phone.

    Cons

    They do not provide a lot of training any more, it is pretty much hands on training. The communication between departments is horrible and almost non existent. The local management is great and they listen to our concerts, but the upper management has deaf ears to our complaints.

    Training, no support from supervisors, high and unrealistic demands, force to cram triple gold to everyone

    Need to listen to your staff and the customers. Support your staff and stop firing everyone and then make it hard for them to collect unemployment.
