    Pros

    Provide good opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies of semiconductor front-end. All the latest equipment, process and Factory Automation CIM technologies can be found. Had experience working is the lastest fab with fully automated "light-off" factory setup in Singapore Fab7.

    Cons

    Salary should be adjusted timely.

    Pros

    Good hardware and corporation culture, good working relationship, abundant expert resource of various field, confortable environment to inspire the creative minds, recognition of diversity among employees and managers, There is a just and reasonable treatment for each employees, a stronger communication and information dissemination among the employees regarding the company's policies and issues. Increase in efficiency of the employees owe to the company's investment in employees' trainings.

    Cons

    Employee turn ratio a bit high, not able to keep senior expert very well, inter-department cooperational channel is not very smooth and efficient, food bad, Employees will be slow to react and reply to varying and shifting demographics.

    Stagnant. Things take too long to be implemented. Language barriers exist since almost everyone is Chinese.

    Tolerable working environment, benefits are on-par with industry peers in the region, clear key performance index (KPI) assigned to each functional department.

    Cons

    Since management often like to use total working hours as yardstick of employees' dedication to work, the culture is to stay back late.

    Need more focus on working efficiency and time management, i.e. meetings should have clear and defined agenda, with follow-up afterwards.
