    Its a seasonal Job meaning you work based on the college schedule so when no classes no work.

    I have been working at Chartwells full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Best thing is your working with your coworkers not as friends but more like family and your learning how to cook different food for the students

    Cons

    The challenges that I have is that sometimes the students are rude and they tend to get mad easily and they tend to walk away

    Everyone of the staff is good people but u have people who have there days with attitude
