    Pros

    There really are no Pros here. They underpay, overwork and are not supportive of management or CSRs concerns and issues.

    Cons

    They terminated me after being in the hospital for cancer treatment. A store audit was performed while I was in the hospital and they made the claim I was to be held accountable since I was the Store Manager. They waited until I returned from FMLA to do the deed.

    The hours and meeting people.

    Cons

    In order to get full time in small districts you'll have to travel around with no reimbursement for mileage or wear and tear on your vehicles. The pay for CSR's is a joke. The management doesn't appreciate CSR's that are knowledgeable and dedicated. Some store managers think they can run the store by themselves and never relay information to their CSR'S. This place is a joke. Bonuses, if the store meets all goals, are only given to the manager and CSR's don't see a penny of it even though they sometimes does more than the manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase pay for those that show dedication and knowledge. Give bonuses to the entire staff in the store. Don't change things every 5 seconds. This is suppose to be a place that is to help customers and that doesn't seem to be the focus. Focus is set on getting people in to drive fees. Make sure managers give the correct information to their CSR's.

    Pros

    Really good training managers
    Slightly above minimum wage

    Cons

    Managers try to run the store with one employee at a time with unrealistic expectations. Extremely stressful,lots of rude angry customers

    If you want to advance as a company don't under staff your stores it's ridiculous and turns customers away

    Good hours meet great ppl.

    Hate it unrealistic goals. New stuff every day. Don't staff properly. They care nothing about there employees.

    Pros

    The company allowed you to meet new people.

    Cons

    The company sets up shop in underprivileged neighborhoods to seduce minorities to stay in debt. The company preys on the financially vulnerable. The company doesn't care about their employees or the people they serve. There is bad moral and people steal. When customers don't pay back the company expects you to retrieve the money they gave to a person, who couldn't afford the loan in the first place.

    Learn how to appreciate your staff and the people who keep you in business.

    only pros are the hours m-f 10-630 sat 10-230 closed sun

    Cons

    expectations at manager level are almost next to impossible to complete, Most offices are staffed with just a manager and no csr. I have worked for this company for 7 yrs and it keeps on getting worse every year, In the couple of yrs I have managed an office I have worked by myself for 9 months. Too many cons to even list
