    Pros

Learn about loans, money, if you do well you can take that knowledge elsewhere and earn more.

    Cons

Moving up within the company is possible however it feels very scammy and like you are not on the customer's side. You are expected to do so much for the hourly wage you get paid. Managers and up actually make pretty good money. No such thing as set schedules unless you have been there for a very very long time.

The company has no money. Getting promoted is all about who you suck up to. No leadership.

    Pros

The best thing about working there is you get free money orders....that's it. And if your Facebook friends with your boss or co workers your a good employee. I could leave early whenever I wanted because my location was slow.

    Cons

The company has no incentives. You get $3.00 per prepaid card you sell and you'll sell 10 a month if your lucky. They want you to get promise to pay dates for delinquent accounts yet offer you as the employee NO BONUS'...NO INCENTIVES...why would you care if a customer cures they're delinquency if If doesn't effect me directly. Moral is typically down due to nature of the job and overload of work. Upper management offered no leadership or encouragment for promotion. You work all holidays other than thanksgiving and Christmas, no sick days, no occasional absencez. Don't dare call off. You're expected to do more work than what they pay you for. No procedures or guidelines every thing was a gray area.

    Advice to Management

Be serious about your job do not just promote people that suck up to district managers and or whoever management may have some sort of unprofessional feelings towards be sure to lead employees and teach them and let them grow and try to make them successful instead of being catty. Employees have families, bills and a life. Remember that.

    Pros

They offer a lot of different services and there are always new things to learn. The monotony in daily work is minimal. Lots of face-to-face customer interactions. It easy to advance your career with the company and they are consistently adding and upgrading the services they offer.

    Cons

Pay rates are different for everyone. There is no "entry level" pay grade, employees with more seniority/experience do not necessarily make more than new hires. Issues are swept under the rug. Human resources generally removes the reporting employee from the negative environment instead of resolving the issue.

    Advice to Management

Establish a pay grade scale based on seniority and experience. Investigate and resolve issues instead of ignoring them.
