    Pros

    Really a great atmosphere to work in. A majority of the employees are terrific and the customers were great too. I loved going to work every day and making the customers happy. There is room for growth and upper management is terrific. They really went out of their way to help me in my times of need.

    Cons

    As a manager, the pay is not and I mean not comparable to the same jobs with similar employers. Hours as a salaried manager allow absolutely NO personal time. 50 hours a week doesn't seem a lot but when you have kids and family, their scheduling will not accommodate these needs. I had to pull my daughter's out of their extracurricular activities and even missed competitions because I couldn't get out at an earlier time.

    Advice to Management

    Allow a monthly personal day. Go back to 45 hours a week. Have an open door policy. Communicating with every manager a couple of times a year and asking them just a few questions regarding how they're doing will give you a bigger picture. Stomp out work place mobbing.

    You guys are terrific though.

    Dealing with customers that is having a bad day will make your day bad

    Experience and a nice way to make money. You learn what its like to work in the restaurant industry.

    Pros

    The atmosphere is nice and you meet new people.

    Can't think of any cons considering it is a fast food restaurant, my expectations weren't really high.

    Pros

    You have some managers that would respect you even as a low level employee. Most others were very rude and intolerable to work for. And their title made you feel like you had no one to voice your concerns to.

    You should take the time to respect the employees you are putting forth the effort to enhance the productivity of the company and talk with respect; not as if their servants for personally.

    Pros

    All the overtime you can eat due to lack of managers. Can be fun sometimes also. When busy the day flies by.

    Cons

    Will literally work you to death due to lack of managers. Zero family time or personal time. If you speak up or get worn out they will hound you. Hard to keep the stores staffed with quality crew also.

    Pros

    I liked to work here because of the other employees we became a family had to Because some of the guest give you a hard time for no reason like they have a bad day and just come there to take it out on you.

    Cons

    Rude customers even if you are nice they will still find someway to make you frown. I guess it's the area some folks just acted so crazy like some would ask you what is a BLT? Dont tell you while at the speaker for five minutes how they want their sandwhich made but wait till the bag is in their hand and line wrapped around building to say im allergic to tomatoes. But smile and put on your best attitude and deal with it because management dont care as long as you make their sales for their bonuses while you deal with minimum wage and crappy hours.

    Please show employee that you care about them to not just your service time or sales or bonuses. We like to.hear great job sometimes to.
