I worked at Cheers Interactive full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Average age of employees is 27, a young and vibrant workplace. Bunkers available for quick naps, vending machine and canteen facility available.

    Cons

They prefer hiring people from other companies at high salaries, pay peanuts to the counterparts who joined here as freshers, which creates a bad environment overall. Washrooms are not maintained properly, cost cutting on toilet paper. A sad, saggy sofa in the reception area full of mites. HR shows attitude to employees, believing they are some sort of Gods prancing around with imaginary authority. Dress code is relaxed for senior employees, while everyone else would be berated for committing the same error in dress code. Clients are treated to expensive gifts at Christmas, employees get one ladoo each in hand, for Diwali. No parties, off-site is based on whims of management and employees have to plead and grovel for it. Attendance system is fake, anyone can get away with logging in less hours, or get paid for an absent day by glitches in the system. AC is switched off in between working hours as a cost cutting measure. They make you work on holidays sometimes, but will not switch on the AC at such times. No appraisal process, you will get to know pay hike at the next salary. Very high attrition rate.

    Advice to Management

    You are not God.

    Pros

Decent food options in canteen and around. Bunker room.

    Cons

ABOUT DBMS Department Frustrating workplace because you are compelled to do what they force you to do .You don't have any option but abide coz you are trapped in the job. I even heard some old employee put his resignation and wanted to leave after 1 month notice period. The manager denied it upfrontly to him and said that if he left, he won't get his experience letter. Illegal activities because you spam people, pretend to speak from a fake company and take out people's contact details. Inhuman treatment because your break timings are calculated minute to minute, you are compelled to sit for lengthy overtimes very frequently (almost every other day), you are compelled to work on off days and you are paid a tiny amount for it, you are expected to do twice the production in exchange of poor money, and promised incentive is postponed after work is extracted. Every minute was a slavery. Employee is never heard. Not even for leaves. Tremendous weight loss. +with such work experience, attracting another job will take you years. trust me. Highest qualification, least salary, trap in the job. Real suffocation. Don't make a mistake of stepping in. Headsets never sufficient. Drop Cab leaves half an hour after your shift time at night.

    Advice to Management

stop making them slog they're not selling you their blood. buy more space, get more computers and hire now! let there be a humane business guys.
