Cheesecake Factory Reviews

Pros
The Cheesecake Factory is the most professional restaurant I've worked at. The managers treat the serves/staff with professional respect and expect the same from the staff.
They offer benefits, such as health insurance, which is unheard of as a server in the restaurant industry.
Great food too, don't mind getting it for free on days I work a double shift!Cons
You are a server and sometimes "guests" treat you like with little respect because of it.
Late nights, smelly clothes and some nasty bussers.Advice to Senior Management
I think the leadership at the Cheesecake Factory is great, very understanding team who honestly only want the best for the restaurant as well as the staff.
