Bad hiring of general managers, virtually all with no experience just good resumes.
They seem to revel in hiring ocd, nit picking types.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop losing people to gossip and dissatisfaction with work. Quit CYA stuff all the time. You spend a great deal of time trying to CYA but it never works. Stick up for your employees. Realize you are dealing with women and read men are from mars, women are from venus.
