    Pros

Excellent benefits, GREAT bonuses, highly competitive salary, relaxed and fun atmosphere. The robust hiring process has created an unusually high percentage of over achievers. Almost everyone is engaged and wants to help each other.

    Cons

Site is somewhat remote. About 15 miles from civilization with single road access from both directions (there is a remote site stipend). Eating out is limited to two places due to distance.

I have been working at Cheniere Energy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Reasonable working hours. Highly competitive salary. Company has been expanding rapidly over the past few years. Coworkers are very friendly.

    Cons

Cheniere hired at least 100 new people last year. Too many new faces. Also, another 100 employees are expected to be hired in 2016.

    Pros

Good management, great compensation and benefits, and a lot of room to move vertically or horizontally.

    Cons

Not a lot of teamwork between departments. Future of cheniere and where the company is headed is unknown. Work/life balance for most employees is great but longer hours during crunch time or after layoffs. A lot of politics.

    Advice to Management

Make playing field fair. More communication interdepartmentally.

I worked at Cheniere Energy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company will provide a phenomenal salary and benefits to you but you have to drink their kool aid first.

    Cons

Senior Management can be cowboys and act like spoiled children. The rules only apply to others, not to them. Extremely unprofessional.

    Advice to Management

    Clean house
