I worked at Chesapeake Bay Foundation

    Pros

Great Benefits and unparalleled work environment. Lots of time off in winter and chances for professional development

During the busy seasons, you are expected to work whenever they need you to, including some overnights and some weekends, limited chance to move vertically, but lots of horizontal movement

    Cons

Very little chance of moving up - because no one leaves.
