I have been working at Chevron full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Business has stability, not going anywhere any time soon.

    Cons

Five hour shifts, treated with distrust and suspicion, worked like dogs, blamed for anything that goes wrong, my location has racially bias hiring standards, often asked to violate epa laws, forego safety measures, not given breaks, no holiday pay or overtime pay. Aside from 401k, the location I work at offers no benefits of any kind.

    Advice to Management

These are all things the owners have done since I began working there a year and a half ago.
