Pros
Entrepreneurial work environment. Friendly. Professional. No Ties required Good Salary and bennies.
Cons
Very subject to capital spending fluctuation. Most of company has gone to Texas.
Advice to Senior Management
Ashermann seems to worry more about the next acquisition than the welfare of the employees.
