    I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people to work with who often value family morals and being a responsible and independent team member. Sundays off is guaranteed.

    Cons

It is and will always be a fast food environment, including the job itself. I found that the Operator did care about his/her store, but to a certain degree of the leaders and aspiring leaders. Store managers often "work" in the back but abuse team members. It's a hard life when your manager gets all the credit for the worker bees up front. Low pay, this is consistent with all locations.

    Advice to Management

Check trickle-down management style, it really wears down on low level leaders and team members.

    Pros

Everyone truly cares about you and wants you to feel valued. From part-time workers all the way up to the CMO and CEO, I was able to meet one-on-one with anyone I sought out. I learned so much about what it means to be a good professional and a great person during my time at Chick-fil-A. Cannot say enough good things about the company.

    Cons

There really are very few. Things are definitely a little conservative around the office, from the dress code (button down, tie, and slacks every day) to the taboo nature of talking about alcohol or "going out". However, I never felt judged in any way and was happy to be a part of such an amazing culture.

    Pros

    Great co-workers, and Sundays off.

    Cons

Every one is independent, so each location can be completely different as far as management style and expectations are concerned.

    Advice to Management

Having a corporate level HR system would go a long way to ensuring equity among employees.
