I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Chick-Fil-A is a great company to work. They train you to be friendly due to the outstanding customer service training. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask! I have been 3 years. I started working with them in high school. Flexible schedule.

    Cons

When it's busy, it may be hard to keep up. Be ready for that.

A positive experience for the most part, would be well worth it if pay was above minimum wage.

I have been working at Chick-fil-A

    Pros

You get a free $7 dollar meal which is wonderful and saves you a ton, it's great to be able to make people smile with your customer service and you don't deal with too many crazy people. And when it's slow you get to have a little fun with coworkers.

    Cons

When you're having a bad day or are tired it's really hard to work here, you always need to be happy and welcoming and sometimes you just don't feel like putting in the effort. Unpaid breaks and being asked to leave early because of slow business is con. Also it's often not staffed enough which can put a lot of pressure on you during rushes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward those who make sure to put the effort in because it makes it more worth while.

I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time for less than a year

    Pros

As a High School student it flexed with my schedule a lot. As well as giving me $.25 more an hour which no one does to start out with in the fast food industry.

    Cons

Sometimes it was too busy and difficult dealing with Customer frustration, as well as your own.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dont go over new techniques or equipment too fast so the worker has a chance to learn it.

I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The beast reasons to work here would be the many benefits that you get as an employee as well as the positive environment.

    Cons

Some of the challenges would be that it gets busy sometimes and you have to really rush. Also the customers can sometimes be rude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More encouragement would not hurt the staff. More Incentives would be nice as well.
