    Pros

I like the way it all works. The people are great, the job is easy enough

    Cons

It gets so boring when it's slow and so frustrating when it's busy.

    Advice to Management

    Be nice for God's sake.

    Pros

Everyone truly cares about you and wants you to feel valued. From part-time workers all the way up to the CMO and CEO, I was able to meet one-on-one with anyone I sought out. I learned so much about what it means to be a good professional and a great person during my time at Chick-fil-A. Cannot say enough good things about the company.

    Cons

There really are very few. Things are definitely a little conservative around the office, from the dress code (button down, tie, and slacks every day) to the taboo nature of talking about alcohol or "going out". However, I never felt judged in any way and was happy to be a part of such an amazing culture.

    I have been working at Chick-fil-A full-time

    Pros

Chick-fil-A is one of the most organized companies out there in terms of training....they have a correct way to do everything. The pay is better than average, and they try to work with you on your scheduling needs. I was promoted after only a few months on the job.

    Cons

They seem a little over-obsessed with the scripting (what you are to say to guests). Lots of teenage coworkers, and high employee turnover rate. The store that I work at is too small for the volume of people that come, so the kitchen is always crowded and chaotic. Working so fast can be very stressful. I have no benefits at this time, even though I'm working over 30 hours each week.

    Pros

Good pay, paid breaks, great qualified operators, closed every sunday

    Cons

Sort of difficult to get a "promotion", not always as many hours as you want, not the most flexible hours

    Advice to Management

Try to bond the front and the kitchen more
