    I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people to work with who often value family morals and being a responsible and independent team member. Sundays off is guaranteed.

    Cons

It is and will always be a fast food environment, including the job itself. I found that the Operator did care about his/her store, but to a certain degree of the leaders and aspiring leaders. Store managers often "work" in the back but abuse team members. It's a hard life when your manager gets all the credit for the worker bees up front. Low pay, this is consistent with all locations.

    Advice to Management

Check trickle-down management style, it really wears down on low level leaders and team members.

I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Usually fast paced environment, met some of the best people I have ever had in my life, sometimes great customers, typically a great place to be at

    Cons

Horrible pay, over worked and under appreciated typically, sometimes it can be frustrating to deal with customers (like any job), some not so amazing coworkers

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees more often, give back to your employees, and mostly give higher pay or give raises to the people who are deserving of it

    I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Great Environment - Quality Leadership - Free food and paid breaks (varies from store to store)

    Cons

Things got sorta shaky when our awesome operator left and CFA gave us a corporate manager in the meantime before finding a new one. We got better as a team, but leadership had to crack down on things we would normally leave alone.
