    Pros

Of all the major players in the quick-serve industry, Chick-Fil-A is the best. It's difficult work and, like any customer service/fast food industry job, can be incredibly stressful. Chick-Fil-A has great franchise owners who are incredibly involved and treat you with respect. The company rewards hard work and promotes from within and, in my experience, strives to create opportunities for you to succeed and use your talents and interests.

    Cons

It is a restaurant, and an incredibly popular one at that, so it can be incredibly stressful and pushing yourself to keep up and maintain a noticeably positive attitude on a day-to-day basis can be difficult. It's not for everyone, and even for someone who doesn't mind the work, it can be incredibly easy to burn out - especially in the kitchen.

    Advice to Management

While there are opportunities to work hard and gain more responsibilities, sometimes it felt as though an outright promotion was less something to be achieved and more about being in the right place at the right time. It'd be great if, within the context of individual stores, there was a clear track from point A to point B.
