I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great Pay, Good hours, flexible schedule, raises and great customers.

    Cons

If your school schedule changes and your availability changes you have to know at LEAST 2 weeks ahead of time. (Last minute changes are disliked)
    For Example:
My school schedule changed the week before classes started so I contacted my boss and let them know yet I was still scheduled for the next week and had to miss class. My boss said that I would be written up if I did not come to work the day I was scheduled for and when my parents found out they were upset that my boss encouraged me to miss school to work. Since My schedule change in September, I have not been consistently scheduled to work .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees who have been employeed for more than one year should get a raise and if someone has a schedule limited to weekends, schedule them every weekend not once every couple of weeks or months

I have been working at Chick-fil-A

    Pros

Really nice people to work with, company has good moral values and customer service.

    Cons

Customers are extremely rude. Also, my managers constantly mess up my schedule and refuse to fix it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Figure out how to do a proper schedule. Also, if you value people, maybe you should give them a raise instead of working them to death.
