ProsProfessional and positive environment, simple tasks, a great first exposure to the real world. They hired sociable people that were fun to work with.

ConsSlow advancement, standing for 8 hours can be taxing.

Advice to Senior ManagementShow appreciation for your hard workers not just with kudos, but with raises, increased responsibilities, and promotions.

Not a hard job, nice managers and flexible hours

I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time for less than a year

ProsVery Flexible hours and nice management. The jobs are pretty easy and depending on the manager you might get to take home food.

ConsThe starting pay is minimum wage. Your pay can go up over time but not very much. After six months you might get a small raise.

Great company....low pay.

ProsFlexible work schedule and great Christian values. Never open on a Sunday. They always try to promote from within the company.

ConsVery little pay unless you are a general manager or owner. I was in management for 3 years and my male counterparts always made a significant amount more than I did.

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter pay!!!

Amazing place to work if owner is great.

Cons-Quality can vary greatly depending on owner and management staff.
-Customers can sometimes be difficult to handle
-Do not get all holidays off

Although the food was delicious working there left a sour aftertaste.

ConsPeople were weird, worked in a mall, weren't allowed to accept tips.

ProsEveryone was so inviting, they even gave me a welcome card!
If you need help, they have no problem assisting you.

ConsIf you choose the direct pay, you're the last person to get your paycheck
