    Pros

Very Flexible hours and nice management. The jobs are pretty easy and depending on the manager you might get to take home food.

    Cons

The starting pay is minimum wage. Your pay can go up over time but not very much. After six months you might get a small raise.

    I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule and great Christian values. Never open on a Sunday. They always try to promote from within the company.

    Cons

Very little pay unless you are a general manager or owner. I was in management for 3 years and my male counterparts always made a significant amount more than I did.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better pay!!!

I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great Hours and holiday hours and Sundays off
    Nice and Friendly Management
    Friendly Customers
    Work effort from other employees
    Potential available promotions

    Cons

The worst part about working here is the rude customers and the fast food. Many customers believe they are the only customers that need to be served and are rude about their experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I have been working at Chick-fil-A full-time

    Pros

Chick-fil-A consistently provides great customer service. As well as teaches and coaches fundamentals in leadership, development, and team work. Chick-fil-A is not only a restaurant that provides crave-able chicken but also a place that provides for the community. I love that its closed on Sunday so that the employees have time with their families and leisure.

    Cons

It is closed on Sundays the one day out of the week most crave it the most.
