I have been working at Chick-fil-A full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Leadership, excellent training and extensive training; there is always training videos being added to the website and corporate makes themselves available for any questions you may have. I love knowing that I have every Sunday off and that will never change.

    Cons

pay scale could be a little better for management, communication between management and team members has some issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be nice if the insurance plan that corporate has is available to the management at the restaurants.
