    Pros

Great Benefits, Great People, Family feeling

    Cons

Keep your opinions to yourself regardless of how much experience you have. Politics are huge here.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget how the company started and how it grew - you are losing that vision.

    Pros

Depending on the owner, I had numerous opportunities for self growth, and the pay was competitive

    Cons

if the owner doesn't know how to run the business the way it should be run, or how to promote employee education, the work environment itself becomes very undesirable.

    Pros

There are nice workers who are easy to make friends with, there are flexible hours, and the food is really good

    Cons

The customers are really annoying, the company value brainwashing and spirit sessions were kind of annoying, I always got called in to cover shifts.

    Advice to Management

Don't be so strict on the workers like banning music in the kitchen and talk to the employees more maybe.

    Pros

Best reason to work at CFA is, hands down, the people that you work with.
It is a good company where people care about you individually, including your store operator and your managers.
Good leadership experience, if you can be built up.

    Cons

    Lack of communication.
There are a ton of young people working there and communication is something that is often lost.
In addition, there seems to be a lot of blame going around when something goes wrong.
