    Pros

Best reason to work at CFA is, hands down, the people that you work with.
It is a good company where people care about you individually, including your store operator and your managers.
Good leadership experience, if you can be built up.

    Cons

    Lack of communication.
There are a ton of young people working there and communication is something that is often lost.
In addition, there seems to be a lot of blame going around when something goes wrong.

    Pros

Flexible hours, good training program, decent pay for a first job. Not much prior experience required. 50-100% discount depending on rating. Nice customers and coworkers. Each restaurant is owned by a different person, so your results might vary.

    Cons

Facial hair policy, you must shave every day before work. Can be very busy at times. Not much room for advancement, as every store is independently owned.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, and make sure that every store provides consistent standards.

  6. Good for a fast food restaurant

    Pros

    Discount on Food
    Professional Environment
    Good leadership
    Always off Sundays

    Cons

    Very Demanding
Managers often take customers side over team members side

    Advice to Management

Chick-Fil-A is a great place to work when young as it brings you up in a positive work environment. You learn respect and the ability to work with others. Sometimes managers should look to help out younger employees and prepare them for managerial positions.

You are directly a part of trying to create a respectful, family-friendly eating experience
    The food is amazing

    Cons

Depending on which location you work, things can be super busy much of the time.
Thick skin is sometimes necessary, customers can be rude and disrespectful

    Advice to Management

    Pros

The best reason for working at Chick-Fil-A is the fact they are closed on Sunday. That is rare to find in the restaurant business and is what lead to my decision to work there.

    Cons

The biggest con is is the relatively low pay and lack of good benefits. I should have asked more about that in the interview.

    Advice to Management

I would recommend increasing the hourly wage to keep up with the rising cost of living.
