    Pros

Very flexible with schedule. Workers are very helpful.

    Cons

Fast paced and hectic. Constantly on your feet. Can be very tough to be moving constantly.

    Advice to Management

Need to give employees for chances to advance. Have to not be in their face and be a little laid back.

    Pros

Manageable amount of work Not very physically demanding

    Cons

Not very flexible on the schedule The salary stayed at minimum wage despite how long you worked there. When the salary did raise, it was only by 0.10

    Advice to Management

Compensation should be higher for starting position. The schedule should be easier to manage and more flexible on the hours

    Pros

Sundays guaranteed off, free break food (up to $6 or $7)

    Cons

Favoritism plays a big roll in who gets promoted not hardwork.

    Advice to Management

The stores are ran perfectly but the people who are actually wanting to work are not getting noticed.

    Pros

Flexible hours and mostly listen to your schedule.

    Cons

super stressful, because busy all the time. also closing it awful, do a whole list of daunting tasks without much help and it could take until midnight on some nights. Also, must be super nice.

    Advice to Management

At first, thought I wasn't welcome, so just remember to tell the new employees that these things are hard to learn at first, and are super stressful--but that you're doing a good job. Also, switch people around on their job stations. No one wants to do one job for three months straight.

    Pros

Flexible schedules, competitive pay, sense of community in the work place, great values, great mission, many opportunities to advance, opportunities to give back to the community.

    Cons

Working in operations in the quick service industry will always come with stress, frustration, ridiculous situations, fast-paces rush hours, busy holidays.

    Advice to Management

Maintain excellence in the hiring process. From the top managers to the bottom employees, the difference between this establishment and the one next door is not only the quality of the product, but also the quality of the workers.
