Pros
Employee discount, co-workers, customers, fun to see new clothes
Cons
commission program caused associates to fight over customers, steal customers; spent most of money earned on clothing; schedule was sporadic - 12 hours one week, 25 the next.
Advice to Senior Management
make commission on total sales, not each sale - since some did not earn a commission; give all employees commission based on entire store sales so that everyone works as a team.
