    Pros

    Food
    Volunteer Opportunities
    Company store
    Gym: great classes and equipment
    Health clinic
    Bikes
Choice between apple or windows-based computers.
    Pretty campus

    Cons

Upper-level management and Directors are always in meetings and have horrible communication skills with their teams. You'll never know what's going on.

No flexible work schedules. 9-5 droll.

Meeting after meeting where nothing gets done.

    Advice to Management

Join the 21st century and start looking at what other companies are doing to keep their employees.

    Pros

The best reasons to work here are great coworkers and a company that is really willing to work with your schedule if you are in school or working two jobs.

    Cons

Because an associate also receives commission, making a good sale becomes very competitive. Also, I don't believe the training prepares you that well to work with customers.

    Advice to Management

Really work on office culture. Make sure that there is not one person taking all of the sales and that each person gets an equal opportunity to work with customers.

    Cons

For managers, the paperwork is unusually intense compared to other retailers.

    Advice to Management

Cutting payroll is not the best way to increase profits.

    Pros

It was fairly decent money, for a no experience needed position, in customer service and company store and free gym were great perks.

    Cons

Management is run like clicks in high school. If you hang with the right people and get involved in special committees then you might get to hang with the popular people. I saw people with degrees and years of better experience be passed up for promotion for a 23 year old on the "cheer team" with no experience.

    Advice to Management

Promote people who have earned it and have a lot more to offer than your yes men and you'll earn everyone's respect and you'll have workers that feel they have a possible career- and will be happier and work harder.

    Pros

    Somewhat decent merchandise
    Okay co-workers
Customers are okay when they have coupons

    Cons

    Wasteful, full of double work
    Okay hours
    Strict rules
    Sales pressure
Moody management, petty with days off
Worthless employee discount, better off as a customer
Company is somewhat stupid on standards and freedom of display

    Advice to Management

Hire managers who don't spend their days gossiping about their associates, and expect them to be workaholics like them
