    Pros

Friendly people at the workplace and they have many good projects that you can work on as an entry-level. If you want to go to grads school, you may get good recommendations from the workplace.

    Cons

The equipments that are provided to employees are okay. Would be better if there are more events for bonding the whole community together will be better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More corporate culture building events are strongly needed. Hope the equipments such as computers and softwares in the office can be upgraded if possible.

    - GREAT PEOPLE who are passionate about their research and about making the world better for kids
    - ON THE MOVE - the organization has grown a lot, an average of 10% per year for 6+ years, which means there are more and more opportunities; it's about 90 people now!
    - MENTORING and the thoughtfulness with which it is done is amazing; I am learning a lot
    - LOVE THE WORK I do here

    Cons

    - Growing so fast means change, which can be hard - even when good

    Pros

Great collegial atmosphere. Managers and supervisors have an open door policy and actively train employees on new techniques. Benefits are excellent- health is highly subsidized, 403 (b) employee contributions are reasonable and don't require employee match.

    Cons

Limited career advancement opportunities due to the size of the organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide growth and leadership opportunities to junior staff. Promotion policies should also be uniform across the organization.

    Recommends
