    Pros

The real workers in the company are great people. They're hard-working, caring, and very interested in making a difference for little to no rewards. This is the best part of this business.

    Cons

Facilities are dilapidated, no room for growth for employees, money is managed poorly, employees do not have tools they need, any disagreement with upper management will get you fired. I saw it first hand for months until I received the same treatment.

    Advice to Management

The problems start at the top of the company and trickles down. There's a real need for CFT; however, the board of directors needs to shake things up.

    Pros

    Opportunity to do rewarding work
Many of the employees are very passionate and committed to their work

    Cons

Management does not spend any money on employees; office furniture is hand-me down, computers and software are outdated, and benefits are a joke; this penny-pinching philosophy ultimately affects employee morale and the turnover here is very high; the bottom line is that service to clients is compromised because the employees are not treated well.

    Advice to Management

Spend some money on ensuring that employees receive the support they need to properly do their jobs; many staff are unable to afford prescriptions because of the high deductible insurance plan. Employee morale suffers when they feel neglected by management.
