Former Employee – worked at Children's Council of San Francisco

ProsExcellent Benefits Package, opportunities for growth and education about social programs. Great staff and management to work with.

ConsLack of structure in Senior Management which is filled with bureaucracy and politics that overall effects the procedures of staff. The agency needs strong leaders to make fair decisions for the well being of the agency. Several managers operate on procedures and practices that were effective in previous years.

Advice to Senior ManagementNew Executive Director should manage the Senior Managers closely to ensure programs and procedures are administered more properly. Perhaps contract an agency to ensure that Senior Managers are administering their contracts properly.
