    Pros

Obviously working for a system like Children's is an honor, and a privilege. The people are great, the facility is beautiful and you are making life better for children! Just thinking about my time there makes me proud. The benefits are great, and the PTO is plentiful.

    Cons

There is not a lot of flexibility (ie working from home) for a lot of administrative departments - even though many of the other big systems in the area allow their employees to so. There is A LOT of work to be done, and sometimes employees get overwhelmed but overall, it's not bad. Employees have to park a little far away too.

    Advice to Management

Start finding ways to give a little more autonomy with the flexibility (they'll go to other systems to get it!) otherwise - keep doing what you're soinf!

    Pros

Good mission in helping sick and chronically Ill children and getting them to heal. They provide a needed service to the community

    Cons

Very political, your co workers will stab you in the back! Your managers will not support you and let you do your job. There is a very poor work life balance.

    Advice to Management
