    Friendly people, staff is dedicated to the mission, hospital receives some of the most prestigious grants in the nation, 5 weeks paid time off

    Cons

    salary, but what do you expect in a non-profit hospital?

    Radiology Admin. & Management is disgraceful. Rules change weekly, blatant favoritism, POOR leadership at management level and Admin. turns a blind eye.

    Advice to Management

    Be a leader. If you don't know how, learn or step down. Ruling by fear doesn't make a good leader. Being respected does.

    The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia has a strong, positive culture. Communicating with organization helps employees better align their work goal, in pursuit of the company's mission.

    Working with family members, and second is weather you should consider hiring family members to do work for you or having them hire you.

    Implicitly show you respect the person giving the advice; you show you trust his or her experience, skill, and insight; and you get to better assess the value of the advice.

    great teamwork and organization. fun experience. alot to hold on to when finished with your day. great staff and energy throughout the day.

    Cons

    no real cons to the program that I have been able to find so far within the organization. just started working here and excited.

    no real advice except that i love my job and I love chop and their organization

    Pros

    great to work with patients and to give back. was able to create my own schedule which worked out because I was in school at the time

    Cons

    no benefits. Management was not the best to accommodate mush growth in positions. Some discrimination involved as well. Not able to grow in the company.

    Advice to Management

    Be more of a help to those who desire to move uo in their positions. Offer benefits to fulltime workers. We need health insurance toop

    good working environment, excelled benefits, good PTO, commuter benefits, paid holidays, clean labs, peers are very nice as well as bosses

    Cons

    salary for academic labs substantially lower than pharmaceutical companies, stagnant learning after sometime, small salary increases, difficult screening process
