Pros – Work schedule are somewhat flexible for those who are going to school. This place is good experience for those who want to go into the field of Behavioral, Speech, Occupational, or Physical Therapy.
Cons – Working in the field (going to peoples home) can be lonely because you do not interact a lot with your own coworkers. Sometimes you don't know if your client's home is clean or not.
Advice to Senior Management – Those who work in the office there is not room for promotion or growth, you are stuck in your position. Minimal or no raise at all. This field is predominantly women dominated. Unfortunately, some of the workers do not try to solve problems on their own before asking for help.
Management does not really follow their own policies and procedures. Sometimes there is no direction from upper management. They pay very little for the amount of work a person does here. Company is pretty cheap on providing computers and a scheduling program that runs efficiently.
