Pros – Benefits are great. Organization is small so there are lots of opportunities to interact with others.
Cons – Limited room for advancement. Some supervisors block promotional opportunities. Organization frequently changing it's focus making it appear haphazard and unorganized.
Advice to Senior Management – Care more about employees and the work in the community. Work is detached without significant hands on services. Stop contracting and in house the work.
