    I worked at Chili's part-time

    Pros

It was my first job and I remember I was so excited to start working there! It was a summer job and it was a lot of fun. Not very good pay but for your first job what do you expect? Great coworkers.

    Cons

Minimum wage but besides that I can't think of anything else.

I have been working at Chili's full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great flexibility with hours, awesome work environment. People are easy to work with and the training material is great. Lots of room to move up in the company

    Cons

Although training material is great, the scheduling and consistency in the program is not very good. Better benefits would be nice. It's the restaurant business so an outside life is hard to have.

    Advice to Management

Make sure there is consistency in training. Also make sure that you don't just depend on the same 10 people to work all of the shifts.

    I worked at Chili's full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Fun atmosphere. Always busy. Energetic staff.

    Cons

Like any other corporation, loyalty and hard work don't mean much. Everything comes down to numbers not personable experiences.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention. Reward hard work. Discipline Laziness.

    Pros

    - great teamwork - awesome communication - fun environment - never a dull moment

    Cons

    - sometimes managers get really stressed out and can take it out on some employees--especially servers - no bussers, hosts and servers have to prebuss and wipe down all tables

    Pros

Chili's has a great and fun atmosphere. Awesome team work environment and management that really cares and helps you out

    Cons

Bussing your own tables.sucks. I think it looks bad having your server clean up dirty dishes. I'd rather have a busier even if it means higher tip out
