    I worked at Chili's full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

One of the best things working at Chili's is the teamwork! When you work with a good partner on the floor, your shift tends to run very smoothly. If you happen to get family orientated managers, then you've scored big time! They are more than willing to work around family!

    Cons

One of the things that I disliked the most: working with a weak team member. The trainer is your most trusted resource. A good trainer will not let you fail!! If you have a problem with your trainer, let management know.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management team I worked with was GREAT!! Every manager knew the importance of family!

I have been working at Chili's full-time (more than 3 years)

    Cons

management gets too busy tracking the numbers to actually be able to manage employees sometimes

I have been working at Chili's full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

We have a lot of regulars and I love my co workers and managers. Money is best on the week days when the grill can handle the crowd and the clientele are a bit more high class than on the weekends.

    Cons

SO MUCH SIDE WORK. Many hours cleaning and rolling silverware, all at 2.13 an hour. Plates and trays are very heavy, so I ache. All the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire the people who are incapable of doing their jobs. This is not a charity. It's very frustrating when my tips go down because the grill can't get food out. Servers get dogged out more for customer dissatisfaction than the grill does-even though it's the grills fault.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
