I have been working at Chiltern International full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Chiltern is a very supportive company. Although is it ever expanding, it has maintained a lot of the earlier 'family company' qualities. There is a huge amount of management support, but without being micro-managing. There is a great work life balance.

    Cons

Financial systems are poor, but will hopefully improve

    Pros

Flat management structure. I can easily speak to those in charge. Pragmatic approach to problem solving. Easy to talk with other decision makers. Easy to change policy and procedures if you can provide a good arguement. No heavy "corporate culture". Good home-based policy.
