Pros – easy work-life style
co-workers are nice
Cons – too many management levels which make things slow down
duplicated work day after day... but it is common thing in a commercial bank I think

Current Employee – been working at China Construction Bank
Pros – The working hour is very nice, you don't have to work over time that much. Long break time at noon.
Cons – Small commercial bank. The compesation is kinda disappointed. Management team is not that great. Also, all the HR decison is made by the General Manager.
Advice to Senior Management – It is hard to advices them, since the General Manager will be not review this i think. But I think they should release their authority to middle management team.

Cons – very low compensation to interns

Pros – state owner entrupreneur,just so so,can not say good,can not say bad,just a entrupreneur.
Cons – may be something wrong for me,may be someting wrong for the entrupreneur

Pros – Seniors and supervisors are friendly and always happy to help. It has a large population of customers and the service is enlarging.
Cons – It doesn't have a clear and specific training for interns.
Advice to Senior Management – More real financial products needed.

Pros – People are friendly, and salary is fair. Do not have to travel, and there were a lot of activities in summer.
Cons – Repeat similar work everyday, and it is boring to count money and other materials. To stand all day long is tired.
