I have been working at China Everbright as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

I spent the summer in the Structured Financing and Investing Department. The job nature is close to a Private Equity company. The employees were traveling around the country. Sometimes I was the only one in the office. The department had a very friendly atmosphere. The employees were from different backgrounds, so there were a lot to learn from them.

    Cons

It's not paid, and the computers need to be upgraded. Also the employees seemed to not trust me. They tried to protect some secrets of their investment plans. They told me the information might move the market.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think it's pretty good. Perhaps they should invest more on the IT devices.
