Former Employee – worked at China Mobile
Pros – The work environment is pleasant and friendly. People in this company are willing to help new workers. There are many promotion opportunities within the company.
Cons – The workload is huge, overtime almost happens everyday, at least in human resource department and marketing department. I don't know much about other departments.
Advice to Senior Management – I think the leadership is good, nothing much to say, just pay more attention to the workload and the overtime in some departments.

Former Employee – worked at China Mobile
Pros – good salary, little stuff to do, good for those people who just need a easy job, not for challenge themselves.
Cons – you will waste your life there since you don't need to do much things. it is hard to have a promotion if you don't know someone.
Advice to Senior Management – i don't have too much to advice to them, since I am just an intern there for a few months.
