ProsThe company has stable working condition and good welfare. You don't need to work overtime if you are in the sub-branch of marketing department. Friendly colleagues are willing to help fresh man.

ConsYou will find yourself hard to advance because the company is politic-involved and hierarchical.
Salary is not good enough compared to other company at the same level.

Want to change the world. Do it somewhere else

Finance Department (Former Employee) Herndon, VA

ProsChina Telecom Americas (Herndon office) has a very flexible hour that enable employees with kids to work around their schedules and still get things done. Startup culture, everyone wears multiple hats and does what it takes to get the job done. The environment is very results driven. Very low turnover rate.

ConsVery hierarchical organization with limited visibility and few opportunity to grow. Communication and process is slowing down and growing very complex. Also, lack of focus on positive reinforcement, personal rewards for top performers. Company culture is friendly but low-morale exists in most depts due to no proper rewards.

Advice to Senior ManagementRather than trying so hard to find excuses to overshadow issues, address the issues at hand.
