    They have long term management staff 20 plus years and the challenge they face is adjusting to and adapting to the new generations.

    Rewarding experience working with the local community. Great place to learn about non-profit organizations and their operations

    Managers have been there for years and are stuck to their old ways. Not much room for growth and promotion.
